Refund policy
Effective June 2026. This policy applies to Trimoryn orders placed through trimorynofficial.com.
The short version
Every Trimoryn order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If the product is not right for you, request a refund of the purchase price within 60 days of delivery. You do not have to return unopened bottles only, partially used bottles are accepted too.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to purchases made directly through this authorized portal. Because Trimoryn is not sold on third-party marketplaces or in stores, purchases made elsewhere are outside this policy and cannot be refunded by us. Keep your order confirmation, it is the simplest proof of purchase.
The 60-day window
The 60-day period begins on the date your order is delivered, as shown by the carrier's tracking. A refund request must be initiated within that window by contacting our support team. Requests made after 60 days may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
How to start a refund
Email [email protected] or [email protected], or call +1 (651) 555-0148, and include your order number. We will reply with a return authorization and the address of our returns center in Oakdale, MN. Ship any remaining bottles back using a trackable method.
How refunds are issued
Once your return is in transit and confirmed, we process the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically post the credit within 3 to 5 business days after processing, though timing varies by institution. We will email you when the refund has been issued.
What is not refundable
Original shipping charges, where they applied, are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We reserve the right to decline repeated or clearly abusive refund requests.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will make it right promptly.
